Mentoring
Professional Parent Services (PPS)
Provides a stable family home for youth under 22 with trained caregivers offering support up to 24 hours on weekends and holidays, and 18 hours on school or activity days.
Host Home Services (HHS)
Offers adults a shared living arrangement with a host family, providing care and support up to 24 hours on weekends and holidays, and 18 hours on weekdays.
Proctor Care
Provides a skilled caregiver and wraparound services for youth with higher needs in a structured, supportive home environment.
Transition to Adult Living (TAL)
Helps youth 14+ in foster care develop life skills, education, and employment readiness for independent living.
